Job summary

Nivara Home Finance Ltd. in Bengaluru is seeking a dedicated Compliance professional to ensure end-to-end RBI HFC compliance, manage regulatory reporting, and support governance across the organization.

You will maintain compliance calendars, handle RBI returns and inspections, and drive a strong compliance culture. The role requires 1–2 years in NBFC/HFC or banking with exposure to RBI regulations, KYC/AML norms, and governance frameworks.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in NBFC / HFC / Banking.
• Background in Compliance / Secretarial / Audit / Credit / Operations with regulatory exposure.
• Strong understanding of RBI regulations (NBFC/HFC).
• Knowledge of KYC/AML norms.
• Familiarity with corporate governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with RBI Master Directions for HFCs (including updates/amendments).
• Maintain compliance calendar & regulatory trackers.
• Handle RBI returns, filings, and supervisory requirements.
• Support in Board/ Audit Committee compliance reporting.
• Undertake Compliance testing.
• Coordinate internal audit, statutory audit & RBI inspections.
• Monitor KYC/AML and operational compliance.
• Identify compliance gaps and drive timely closure.
