Job summary

Aparajitha Corporate Services (P) Ltd is seeking a Full-time Compliance Coordinator in Gujarat to monitor Factory RC and CLRA licenses, coordinate with clients to gather inputs for labor laws, and ensure timely monthly statutory registers.

You will handle statutory returns, monthly compliance records in CLMS/TAMS, vendor audits, and document preparation for approvals. The role requires diligence in interacting with government authorities and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Factory and vendor compliance knowledge required.
• Experience with statutory returns and licensing processes.
• Ability to coordinate with clients and authorities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor status of Factory RC / CLRA RC & License and renew when due.
• Coordinate with client to collect inputs for labor law compliance and prepare the monthly statutory registers.
• Coordinate with client to collect inputs and complete all statutory returns with on-time submission.
• Upload monthly muster input in CLMS/TAMS and coordinate with Back office to collect monthly statutory registers.
• Monthly compliance records/registers to be uploaded in Simpliance REMO.
• Conduct monthly vendor audits and report to Reporting Manager.
• Prepare documents related to statutory approvals/amendments.
• Submit statutory documents to various authorities.
• Assist the client in handling queries, objections and inspections by Government Authorities.
• Consolidate periodical returns data and obtain client approval before due date.
