Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver customer quotations (spot quotes, RFQs, small tenders).
• Support sales reps with presentations, proposals, and materials.
• Follow up on quotes, leads, and opportunities.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Interface with Tender Management for regional RFQs.
• Gather data for bids and ensure pricing compliance.
• Submit tender responses on time with documentation.
• Maintain CRM data across accounts and opportunities.
• Track pipeline and KPI metrics (win/loss, GP per account).
• Generate reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Update sales collateral and rate sheets.
• Identify growth opportunities from data insights.
• Align quotations with local product (Air/Ocean).
• Coordinate with Finance for credit checks.
• Collaborate with Marketing for campaigns/events.
• Work with Customer Service on service recovery issues.
