Regalwhiz Solutions in Chennai is seeking a compliance professional to handle MCA filings (MGT-7, AOC-4, DIR-3 KYC) and ROC compliance. You will manage board meeting docs and statutory registers, ensuring timely GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and labour law compliance for clients.

The senior role involves leading compliance advisory for high-value clients and managing regulatory correspondence with authorities.

Qualifications

• CS/LLB/B.Com + LLB education; ICSI membership preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Companies Act 2013, LLP Act, GST, FEMA.
• Experience with MCA21 portal and TRACES; GST portal familiarity.
