Job summary

blackwhite is seeking a Compliance professional in Bangalore to manage contract reading, ensure templates align with terms, and support audit processes. The role focuses on maintaining robust compliance databases and executing processes across contractor onboarding.

Ideal candidates have a law background with 2+ years of relevant experience and strong written/spoken communication. The position requires independent work and adherence to strict deadlines in a high-pressure environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong contract reading and interpretation skills.
• Ability to maintain compliance and manage risk.

Responsibilities

• Identify, document, and communicate client contract requirements to internal stakeholders.
• Ensure contractor contract templates align with client terms and compliance standards.
• Support internal audits related to contractor pre-engagement screening and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate commercial compliance databases.
• Adhere to established commercial compliance procedures.
• Assist with additional tasks to support high compliance standards.

Job Title: Compliance Law

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (Law preferred) or equivalent experience

Relevant Experience: 2+ years of experience

Must Have Skills:

• 4. Strong written and verbal communication skills
• 5. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
• 6.Attention to detail and organizational skills
• 7.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• 8. Experience working in high-pressure environments

Good Have Skills:

• Law degree or Contract Management certification
• Familiarity with database systems (SharePoint or similar)
• Experience with CRM/onboarding systems (Bullhorn / Bullhorn Back Office)
• Ability to quickly learn and follow new processes
• Continuous learning mindset
