People Konnect in Mumbai seeks a seasoned compensation professional to manage salary structures, benefits, and Total Rewards programs. You will collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to design competitive pay and incentive plans, and lead benchmarking and analytics initiatives.

Responsibilities include annual compensation cycles, budgeting support, and ensuring pay equity and regulatory compliance across the organisation. Strong partnership skills with cross-functional teams are essential.

• Lead annual compensation reviews, increments, promotions and bonus cycles.
• Manage variable pay, incentives and rewards programs.
• Ensure pay equity, internal parity and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Work on HR analytics and compensation dashboards to support business decisions.

• Manage benefits such as insurance, allowances, wellness and other employee benefits.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and cost analysis for compensation.
• Drive improvements in Total Rewards policies, processes and systems.
