Job summary

Wsne Consulting in Navi Mumbai seeks a specialist to manage end-to-end Compensation & Benefits activities, including merit cycles, annual salary increases, and year-end processes. You will administer US benefits, coordinate with HR, payroll, and stakeholders to ensure accurate execution and documentation.

You will analyze data, respond to queries, ensure compliance, and drive process improvements while maintaining a positive employee experience and alignment with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Compensation & Benefits activities, including compensation and merit cycles, annual salary increases, bonus and incentive calculations, and year-end compensation processes.
• Administer and support US benefits such as 401(k), COBRA, healthcare and welfare benefits, and dental and vision plans.
• Partner with HR, payroll, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely execution of compensation and benefits programs.
• Analyze compensation and benefits data, resolve employee and stakeholder queries, ensure process compliance, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement of compensation and benefits processes while ensuring a positive employee experience and alignment with organizational policies and practices.
