Job summary

Naukri Assist is seeking an HR professional with strengths in C&B, PMS, HR Analytics/MIS and payroll inputs to support benchmarking, budget processes and data management.

You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance and Internal Audit to ensure accurate compensation, performance processes and data quality across the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits practices.
• Experience with performance management systems and processes.
• Proficiency in HR analytics, MIS and data dashboards.
