Job description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary Trainee, located in Navi Mumbai
• The Company Secretary Trainee will assist in ensuring compliance with various laws and regulations, maintaining statutory books, and preparing and filing necessary documents with regulatory bodies
• The role also involves organizing and preparing for board meetings, managing correspondence, handling administrative tasks, and supporting senior management with company secretarial duties.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Executive Pass (all group) Knowledge of company secretarial practices and procedures.
