• Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Good understanding of secretarial compliance and the Companies Act.
• Good drafting and communication skills.
• Strong willingness to learn and work across different areas of financial and regulatory compliance.
• Exposure to RBI/SEBI/NBFC/Fintech/Financial Services will be an added advantage.
• A proactive candidate who is keen to take responsibility and gain diverse practical exposure.

Responsibilities

• Handling day-to-day secretarial compliances under the Companies Act.
• Assisting in Board/Committee Meetings, AGM/EGM, including notices, agendas and minutes.
• Maintaining statutory registers and secretarial records.
• Assisting with ROC, RBI, SEBI, IRDAI and other regulatory filings.
• Supporting compliance requirements for NBFC, PPI, RIA and Insurance Broking businesses.
• Assisting in financial and regulatory compliances, audits and due diligence.
• Supporting investor/transaction documentation such as SHA, SSA, SPA, MOA & AOA.
• Drafting notices, responses, resolutions and other corporate/regulatory communications.

We are looking for a Company Secretary with 1–2 years of experience who is keen to learn, take ownership and build strong expertise in Secretarial, Corporate and Financial Regulatory Compliance.
