Role Overview:

As a Mobilizer, you will play a critical role in identifying, counselling, and mobilizing candidates for various Government, CSR, and Industry-sponsored skilling programs, while also mobilizing job seekers for placement opportunities across multiple sectors. This is a highly field-oriented role that requires strong networking, relationship-building, and communication skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Mobilization
• Mobilize youth for various skilling and employment programs across Tamil Nadu.
• Identify and counsel eligible candidates regarding training and career opportunities.
• Conduct awareness sessions, career guidance programs, and mobilization campaigns.
• Achieve monthly mobilization targets with quality candidate conversions.
• Institutional Networking:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with:

Generate continuous candidate pipelines through institutional tie-ups.

Placement Mobilization:

• Mobilize candidates for current job openings across industries.
• Coordinate walk-ins, interviews, job fairs, and recruitment drives.
• Support candidates throughout the hiring process.

Field Operations:

• Conduct regular field visits across Chennai and other districts whenever required.
• Plan and execute mobilization activities independently.
• Organize campus drives and community outreach programs.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain daily activity reports.
• Update mobilization trackers and candidate databases.
• Submit field visit reports and mobilization MIS on time.
• Coordinate effectively with Recruitment, Training, and Placement teams.

Desired Candidate Profile:
