JLL is seeking an Operational Risk Manager to lead facilities management, update and test emergency response plans, and coordinate after-hours facilities support.

In this role you will conduct operational audits and ensure compliance, escalate incidents, and drive best-practice service delivery under the Operations Manager, while effectively managing a team. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in facilities management with a focus on safety and client-centric operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in business or hotel/building management with 3–5 years of facilities management experience.
• Good working knowledge in occupational safety.
• Proven leadership with ability to roll out improvement plans.
• Strong communications and reporting skills.

Responsabilités

To apply you need to have: Strong knowledge of property operations Playing a key role, the ideal candidate holds a degree in business or hotel and building management, and at least three to five years’ experience in facilities management. You must also demonstrate good working knowledge in occupational safety, as well as aptitude in client-centric operations.
