Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a motivated Commis Chef to join our culinary team. 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef or 2 years as an Apprentice in a hotel or restaurant with good standards will be considered. Basic culinary skills and strong hygiene knowledge are essential to maintain Hyatt’s service quality.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a passion for high standards of cleanliness in a fast-paced hotel kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year work experience as Commis Chef or 2 years as Apprentice in a hotel or restaurant with good standards.
• Basic culinary skills.
• Good hygiene knowledge.
