Job Description: We are hiring a Commis 2 Chef specializing in Continental and Pizza preparation for our retail food outlet in Mysuru.

The candidate will be responsible for:

• Preparing pizzas, continental dishes, and related menu items as per standard recipes
• Maintaining food quality, portion control, and presentation standards
• Following hygiene, safety, and cleanliness protocols (FSSAI standards)
• Managing stock, inventory, and daily mise en place

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in continental cuisine/pizza-making at a retail food outlet, QSR, or restaurant
