Job summary

IMPRESARIO handmade restaurants is seeking a motivated kitchen assistant to support basic prep, washing, cutting and portioning ingredients. You will help maintain cleanliness and follow daily tasks under senior staff and contribute to smooth service in a fast-paced kitchen.

The ideal candidate has basic culinary training and 1-2 years of experience, is eager to learn, flexible to work shifts including weekends and holidays, and ready to grow with the kitchen team at IMPRESARIO handmade

Qualifications

• Basic culinary training/certificate preferred
• 1 - 2 years of experience
• Willingness to learn and grow within the kitchen team
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic prep work washing, cutting, peeling, portioning ingredients
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen area, tools, and equipment
• Follow instructions from Commis 1/CDP/DCDP for daily tasks
• Support stock unloading, storage, and organization
• Adhere to hygiene and food safety guidelines at all times
• Assist senior kitchen staff during service hours
