Job summary

Tribeca Creators Llp is seeking a dynamic sales professional in Pune to drive channel partner relationships and direct lead conversions. You will work with CPs across Pune and NCR, monitor channel activity, and coordinate with internal teams to close deals.

Strong communication, negotiation, and understanding of regulatory frameworks will be essential. Role focuses on achieving weekly to annual targets, generating leads, and ensuring smooth project launches with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in channel sales and partner management.

• Familiarity with government policies and RERA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets for Pune projects via CPs and direct leads.
• Identify, onboard, and develop strategic relationships with Channel Partners in Pune and NCR.
• Monitor channel sales and marketing activities.
• Generate leads through calls, referrals, and follow-ups.
• Respond promptly to sales inquiries to maximize conversions.
• Coordinate with Sales Admin, Engineering, and Legal on customer queries.
• Deliver sales presentations and closures.
• Maintain relationships with CPs.
• Generate references to meet targets.
• Coordinate project launches with internal departments.
• Be aware of government policies and transaction procedures.
• Familiarity with RERA regulations.

Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Pune projects through channel partner and direct lead conversions from Pune & NCR.

• Identify, onboard, and develop strategic relationships with Channel Partners (CPs) in Pune and NCR.
• Monitoring channel sales and marketing activities
• Ensuring generation of leads through calls, references, follow-ups etc
• Promptly responding to sales enquires to maximize sales conversions
• Coordinating with other functions viz. Sales Admin, Engineering, Legal on customer queries
• Excellent capabilities for sales presentations and closure
• Relationship management with CPs
• Generating references from various potential sources to achieve the target as per company policies
• Coordinating and managing project launches through interfacing with multiple internal departments
