Job summary

Nouvelle Dynamics is seeking a commercial procurement executive with strong procurement experience in electronics manufacturing. You will manage commercial operations to facilitate electronics component trade between buyers and sellers, including RFQs, BOMs, and compliance with export/import regulations.

You will work as an individual contributor in a very early-stage startup, with hybrid work in Bengaluru and a focus on proactive sourcing and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of procurement and supply chain experience in electronics manufacturing.
• Experience responding to RFQs and working with BOMs and component sourcing.
• Knowledge of export/import regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Identify buyers for stock and facilitate price negotiations.
• Close transactions and coordinate with finance for payments and invoicing.

Job description

The Company is seeking a commercial procurement executive with strong procurement experience in an electronics manufacturing unit. In this role, you will manage commercial operations to facilitate electronics component trade between buyers and sellers, typically manufacturing units, distributors, and other low-volume buyers such as R&D Labs, educational institutions, startup companies, etc.

You will work on all aspects of the procurement function, including identifying buyers for stock, facilitating price negotiations, handling export/import regulations and taxation, and closing transactions between buyers and sellers, working closely with Tranxseon's business and finance functions. You will also create standard operating procedures (SOPs) as the process matures.

The Ideal Hybrid Skillset:

This role requires a unique combination of competencies essential to the commercial function of electronics supply chain management, such as basic electronics industry jargon, sourcing processes, inventory management, compliance requirements, operational agility, proactive behavior, and so on.

Procurement Expertise (2+ years)

Prior experience and domain knowledge in procurement and supply chain operations, e.g., (Responding to RFQs, working with Bill of Materials, component sourcing) in electronics manufacturing enterprises, preferably serving strategic industries such as defense, aerospace, space, medical equipment, etc.

Problem-Solving Focus:

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to approach challenging situations hands-on, triage, identify patterns, and deliver solutions with short- and long-term perspectives.

Educational Qualifications: Diploma/degree in electronics, bachelor's or master’s in business administration, Commerce, Economics, etc.

Nice to Have

Experience/familiarity with AI tools, or eagerness to learn modern, efficient procurement methods.

Prefer candidates based in Bengaluru who are willing to work from the office when necessary (hybrid work environment). We believe that, as a startup team, face-to-face work helps our agility.

Pay: ₹9,645.68 - ₹37,880.62 per month
