Rahee Infratech Limited in Delhi is seeking a procurement professional to manage site-level purchasing, supplier invoices, and material indents.

You will issue WOs and POs, negotiate rates, oversee vendor contracts, monitor inventory, and ensure GST/TDS compliance and timely payments.

The role emphasizes cost-effective purchasing, ERP-based procurement, and strict adherence to labor and safety regulations.

• Issue materials indent, WO and PO and amend as needed.
• Prepare rate quotations, compare prices and negotiate with vendors.
• Create ERP indents and purchase orders for materials/equipment.
• Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and services.
• Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities:

• Scrutinizing & processing Supplier Invoice, Sub- contractor & service Provider at site level before sending to HO.
• Timely provide/Issue the Materials Indent, WO & PO and necessary amendment.
• Everyday Flow Materials indent register and arrange to collect quotation from vendors.
• Send inquiry to vendors and collected the materials rate, make rate comparative statement, rate negotiate the all vendors, and selected vendor.
• Make system Indent (ERP) and make Purchase Order (ERP) for materials/ Equipment.
• Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and services.
• Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards.
• Negotiate supplier contracts and payment terms.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Checking GST & TDS as per gov. Rules.
• Verify bills, and ensure timely payment to vendors.
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure proper documentation of purchase orders and contracts.
• Reduce Fixed cost according to scope of work & maintain Fixed Cost Ratio with Project Turnover.
• Fully Utilization of Manpower, Staffs, Machineries/Assets & De-mobilize if any under-utilization.
• Verify Workers Wages sheet & wages sheet submission.
• Half yearly Return Submission.
• Contractors PF return check.
• Checking of Contractors Trade license, Labour license, PF Registration, MSME, GST Registration.
• Ensure Timely Payment from Client.
• Timely Payment of Vendor.
• Petty site fund management to make petty payment from site.
• Checking attendance and wage records for site workers.
• Checking salary payments, overtime calculations, and statutory deductions.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
