in Nagpur is seeking a Site Construction Supervisor to oversee execution, safety, labor management and daily progress reporting on large infrastructure projects. You will coordinate with architects, structural engineers and service contractors, ensure timely procurement and installation of utilities, monitor progress, prepare weekly MIS reports, and ensure statutory compliance, quality standards and finish on schedule.

Job description

• On time delivery of the project as per budget and set quality standards.
• To efficiently execute the entire project including all infrastructure / required service in time.
• Micro planning of work at site.
• Timely updating project progress monitoring to management.
• Conducting daily tool kit meeting.
• Co-ordinate with architect / structural / landscape / service consultant.
• Monitor, supervise and manage all aspects of construction.
• To approve deployment of daily wage labor / equipment JCB / Porcelain.
• Prepare and send activity completion report to Sales and planning Department.
• Responsible for location of open storage; beans for aggregate, steel yard, closed go downs.
• Ensure location of establishment of labors hutment, supply of water sanitation, temporary electricity.
• Anticipating any issues which lead delay in project, conducting weekly meeting with contractors to understand hurdles and requirement from us. Make a note of them, updating resolved site issues to management.
• Inform project delay beyond schedule with suggestive action plan.
• Provide basic infrastructure, required road, water supply, electricity, go down etc.
• Approval of Goods Receipt Note and Indent, Issue slip, Gate pass.
• Ensure statutory compliances of site, labor, contract management.
• Ensure maintenance and security of site Inventory.
• Ensure Site safety.
• Certify work completion.
• Compiling Weekly and Monthly Reports.
• ERP related entries for the construction activities.
• Prepare and submit construction MIS Reports after due authorization to management on construction progress.
• Approval of all Invoices and vouchers.
• Co-ordinate with inter-department of Company for activities related to construction.
• Ensure all services are laid well in advance to avoid delay.
• To Comply all I.O.D. Conditions before start of work.
• Motivate and guide staff and contractors to function unitedly as a team and effectively to deliver the project.
