Job summary

Vasundhra Raj Luxury Jewellery, a premium jewellery brand, is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage commercial operations for its luxury jewellery business. The role requires 2–3 years of jewellery commercial operations experience and strong knowledge of inventory, costing and stock reconciliation.

You will coordinate with vendors and manufacturers, monitor costing and margins, and prepare standard MIS reports.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce/Finance or relevant field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in jewellery commercial operations.
• Strong knowledge of jewellery inventory, costing and stock reconciliation
• Good knowledge of Excel and MIS.
• Experience with gold and diamond jewellery preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and high-value jewellery-related information.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial operations for the luxury jewellery business.
• Handle gold, diamond, polki, kundan, jadau and gemstone stock records.
• Monitor jewellery purchases, sales, transfers and stock reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate records of weight, purity, pricing and inventory.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and jewellery manufacturers.
• Monitor jewellery costing, margins and selling prices.
• Verify invoices, purchase bills and jewellery-related documentation.
• Coordinate with accounts for payments, settlements and reconciliations.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales and jewellery stock MIS.
• Monitor high-value transactions and ensure proper documentation.
• Ensure compliance with internal jewellery handling and inventory processes.
• Support management with commercial analysis and reports.
