Saint Gobain is hiring a Commercial Finance Executive / Analyst at our Chennai office to support business finance operations across Windows, Kitchen Shutters, and Showers segments.

The role requires 2-7 years of experience in commercial finance, strong O2C knowledge, and advanced MS Excel skills. SAP/ERP experience is preferred. You will interact with multiple stakeholders to drive accurate financial insights and controls.

• Advanced MS Excel skills; SAP/ERP exposure is a plus.

• Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes including validation, billing, collections, and controls.
• Review pricing, discounts, approvals, advance payments, and ensure policy compliance.
• Monitor sales order books, ageing, billing status, and commercial exceptions.
• Validate employee incentives, channel partner schemes, and commercial payouts.
• Analyze sales conversion trends, quotations, and business metrics for management.

HIRING | Commercial Finance Executive / Analyst (Only from Manufacturing)
Location: Chennai
Experience: 2-7 Years
Qualification: CA / CA Inter / MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com / Any Degree in Finance, Accounts, Commerce, or related discipline

We are looking for a Commercial Finance Executive / Analyst to support business finance operations across our Windows, Kitchen Shutters, and Showers business segments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes including order validation, billing, collections, and commercial controls.


• Review pricing, discounts, approvals, advance payments, and ensure compliance with company policies.


• Monitor sales order books, order ageing, billing status, and commercial exceptions.


• Validate employee incentives, channel partner schemes, and commercial payouts.


• Analyze sales conversion trends, quotation performance, and business metrics.


• Track receivables, collections, customer outstanding balances, and cash flow visibility.


• Review marketing spend against approved budgets and highlight key variances.


• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and actionable business insights for management reviews.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in Commercial Finance, Sales Finance, Business Finance, Order Management, Revenue Assurance, Receivables, Billing, or related functions.


• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C), commercial controls, billing, collections, and receivables management.


• Advanced MS Excel skills.


• SAP/ERP experience preferred.


• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
