Job summary

JR One Kothari Footwear is seeking an experienced Finance Manager (CA/CMA) for its Tamil Nadu manufacturing unit. The role covers financial planning, costing, budgeting, MIS reporting and statutory compliance in a high-volume production environment.

The candidate should have 5+ years of manufacturing finance experience, strong analytical skills, and hands-on ERP experience (SAP, Oracle or Tally). On-site role based at Sipcot park, Eraiyur.

Qualifications

• Strong costing, budgeting, and financial reporting knowledge.
• Advanced Excel and MIS reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee finance and accounts operations end-to-end.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements; manage cash and working capital.
• Lead costing, inventory valuation, and cost-analysis activities with production teams.
• Coordinate GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC and statutory compliance; manage audits.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Finance Manager with CA/CMA qualification and strong exposure to the manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling financial planning, costing, budgeting, statutory compliance, MIS reporting, and overall financial operations of the organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, commercial understanding, and experience in manufacturing accounting practices.

Role & responsibilities

Financial Management

• Manage overall finance and accounts operations of the company
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Monitor cash flow, fund flow, and working capital management
• Develop financial strategies to improve profitability and cost efficiency

Costing & Manufacturing Finance

• Handle product costing, inventory valuation, and cost analysis
• Monitor production costs and variance analysis
• Coordinate with production and operations teams for cost control initiatives

Budgeting & MIS

• Prepare annual budgets and forecasts
• Generate MIS reports and financial dashboards for management review
• Conduct profitability and performance analysis

Taxation & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and statutory regulations
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities
• Manage internal and external audits

Team & Process Management

• Lead and mentor finance/accounts team
• Improve financial systems, controls, and accounting processes
• Ensure accuracy in bookkeeping and ERP entries

Preferred candidate profile

• CA / CMA Qualified (Mandatory)
• 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Industry finance/accounts
• Strong knowledge of costing, taxation, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Experience in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar
• Advanced MS Excel and MIS reporting skills
