• Partner with Branch Heads and operational teams to achieve budget, forecast, and profitability targets.
• Lead branch budgeting, periodic forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Take ownership of branch P&L analysis, including revenue, personnel costs, service delivery costs, overheads, and EBIT
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive implementation of cost optimization measures.
