Job summary

Ellume Limited in Mumbai seeks a Commercial Analytics professional to own master KPI dashboards across all commercial lines, updated weekly for leadership reviews.

You will prepare bi-weekly sprint reviews, perform variance analysis against targets, maintain CRM data, and generate multi-currency ARR reports for LATAM. 1–3 years experience, strong Excel and Power BI skills required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in commercial analytics, MIS, financial reporting, or business operations.
• Advanced MS Excel skills — pivot tables, INDEX/MATCH, conditional formatting, data validation, and macros (VBA is a plus).
• Experience building dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
• Strong understanding of variance analysis, P&L structures, and margin calculations.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce / HubSpot) — data extraction, reporting, and hygiene audits.
• Excellent presentation skills — clear, concise review decks for senior leadership.
• High attention to detail and zero tolerance for data errors in published reports.

• Prepare multi-currency ARR reports for the LATAM business, including quarterly FX true-ups.
• Build and maintain the IPP pipeline stage-gate tracker — aggregate MW by stage and calculate coverage ratios.
• Generate ad-hoc analysis — deal comparisons, scenario modelling, and P&L sensitivity.
• Maintain the team's action log, tracking commitments from weekly reviews and escalating overdue items.
