in Mumbai is seeking a Commercial Analytics Analyst to build and maintain the master KPI dashboard across all commercial lines, updated weekly for leadership reviews, and to prepare bi-weekly sprint review decks covering pipeline health and variances. You will report monthly variance against targets, track margins, maintain CRM data hygiene, generate multi-currency ARR reports for LATAM, and perform ad-hoc analyses and P&L sensitivity to inform strategic decision

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in commercial analytics, MIS, financial reporting, or business operations.
• Advanced MS Excel skills — pivot tables, INDEX/MATCH, conditional formatting, data validation, and macros (VBA is a plus).
• Experience building dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
• Strong understanding of variance analysis, P&L structures, and margin calculations.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce / HubSpot) — data extraction, reporting, and hygiene audits.
• Excellent presentation skills — clear, concise review decks for senior leadership.
• High attention to detail and zero tolerance for data errors in published reports.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the IPP pipeline stage-gate tracker — aggregate MW by stage and calculate coverage ratios.
• Generate ad-hoc analysis — deal comparisons, scenario modelling, and P&L sensitivity.
• Maintain the team's action log, tracking commitments from weekly reviews and escalating overdue items.
