Job summary

FinAGG Technologies Private Limited invites an experienced Field Collection Manager for a Kolkata-based, field-heavy role. This full-time IC position focuses on hard collections and recovery operations for business loans, with emphasis on DPD 90+ and 180+ accounts.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in business loan collections, proven ability to manage field operations independently, and strong negotiation and communication skills. Own vehicle and valid driving license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Loan Collections.
• Experience in hard collections / NPA recovery (NPA, Write off).
• Experience independently managing field operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle Business Loan collections with focus on DPD 90+ & 180+ accounts
• Manage NPA and write-off cases efficiently
• Conduct field visits and borrower follow-ups for recovery
• Execute recovery strategies for delinquent/high-risk accounts
• Handle high-value ticket size accounts (7–10 Lakhs+)
• Negotiate repayment plans and secure recovery commitments
• Maintain daily MIS reports and operational updates
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines
