Job summary

Profound Human Resource Development Advisors in Bengaluru seeks a Dy. Business Operations Head – Field Collections for Retail Loans to lead the state-level collections strategy and meet portfolio targets.

Responsibilities include optimizing case allocation, ensuring coverage, controlling manpower costs, and delivering timely performance reports while adhering to RBI and client guidelines.

Qualifications

• 12–18 years of hands-on experience managing multi-location/state-level collections operations.
• Experience in collection of retail loan products such as personal loans, credit cards, auto loans, and housing loans.

• Develop and execute the state-level field collections strategy.
• Meet performance targets for the assigned portfolios.
• Ensure optimal allocation of cases to FOS.
• Ensure adequate manpower and geographic coverage across the state.
• Control manpower costs and ensure portfolio profitability.
• Review daily, weekly and monthly performance against targets.
• Provide leadership to the field collections team and develop their capabilities.
• Ensure all collection activities comply with RBI and client guidelines and the Company Code of Conduct.
• Attend review meetings with clients.
• Manage client relationships.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the state level field collections strategy
• Meet performance targets for the assigned portfolios
• Ensure optimal allocation of cases to FOS
• Ensure adequate manpower and geographic coverage across the State
• Control manpower costs and ensure portfolio and state level profitability
• Review daily, weekly, and monthly performance against targets
• Provide leadership to the field collections team and develop their capabilities and efficiency
• Ensure all collection activities are in compliance with RBI and Client guidelines and Company Code of Conduct
• Regularly attend review meetings with clients
• Manage client relationships
• Provide accurate and timely reporting

Experience s Competencies

• Strong hands-on experience (12-18 years) managing multi location / state level collections operations
• Exposure in collection of retail loan products such as personal loans, credit cards, 2-wheeler / auto loans, consumer durable loans, housing loans and other secured and unsecured products
• Experience working with NBFC's, banks, or specialized collection agencies in collection role
• Data driven performance management
• Geographic and market understanding

• Graduate in any discipline
• MBA or relevant professional qualifications will be an advantage
