Job summary

Infobip is hiring a Collections Junior Specialist in India. The role sits in the Order to Cash team and focuses on monitoring and billing, sending invoices, reconciling usage, analyzing revenue and prepaid balances, and communicating with clients about payment concerns while collaborating with internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in collections/AR/billing, strong English, and a degree in Accounting or Finance.

Qualifications

• Experience with aged accounts in a B2B environment.
• Advanced English required for this role.
• Experience communicating with clients via email, phone and online meetings.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Strictly follow internal dunning and collection procedures to ensure payment by due date.
• Communicate with clients via calls and emails to address disputes and payment requirements.
• Maintain customer base of at least 300 accounts in the portfolio.
• Understand and implement collection procedures within the portfolio.
• Manage doubtful debt, write-offs and LPC calculations.
• Manage Customer Collections Master Data in Salesforce.
• Monitor non-payments and delayed payments and investigate irregularities.
• Prepare and review AR aging.
• Tag customers and use invoicing collections tool accurately.
• Handle internal and external escalations and disputes.

Work Hour 5:30 PM to 1:30 PM

As a Collections Junior Specialist at Infobip, you will be in the Order to Cash part of the team, which handles monitoring and billing, sending invoices, reconciling usage reports, analyzing revenue and prepaid balances, and communicating with clients regarding payment concerns while collaborating with various internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Strictly Following internal dunning and collection procedures to ensure payment on, or before the due date as per customer agreements
• Continuous communication with the clients through over calls and emails to understand their concerns in terms of bill disputes, bill break-up summary & any other specific requirements of the customers for processing the payments
• Actively maintaining customer base of minimum 300 C/B Segment Customer
• In-Depth knowledge of collection procedure and implementation within her/his customer portfolio
• Actively managing doubtful debt and write-offs, and LPC Calculations
• Management of Customer Collections Master Data In Salesforce
• Monitor/Review customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
• Research payment discrepancies
• Preparing and reviewing AR aging
• Accurate tagging of customers and invoicing collections tool
• Internal Stakeholder Management
• Internal/External escalations
• Dispute Management

More About You

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in collections, AR and/or billing
• Experience working on aged accounts in a B2B environment
• Advanced English is required for this role.
• Experience in communicating with clients via email, phone and online meetings.
• Bachelors degree on Accounting or Finances (plus)
• Great communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Knowledge in collections and Billing management.
• Knowledge of MS Office tools - especially Excel
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new challenges.
