Job summary

Moneyboxx Finance is hiring for a Soft Collection Officer to oversee collections on Home Loans, LAP and secured lending products. This role involves field visits and regular customer contact to resolve overdue payments in Coimbatore and Salem regions.

The ideal candidate has 6 months to 1 year in collections, good communication skills, and willingness to travel for field collection activities. Graduate or undergraduate degree preferred to join our growing NBFC team.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year experience in collections or NBFC/Banking.
• Experience in secured lending collections preferred.
• Graduate or undergraduate degree.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel for field collection activities.
