Paytm Payments Services Limited is seeking a Collection Manager for Chandigarh to lead and manage the collections target and flow within the assigned area. You will supervise a team of Collection Officers and partner agencies, driving performance and adherence to processes.

The role emphasizes people management, negotiation, and strong communication to resolve accounts efficiently. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in collections, graduation, and a proven track record of achieving targets.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in collections or receivables roles.
• Strong people management and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving collection targets.
• Ability to analyze data and identify process improvements.
• Experience coordinating with agencies and in-house teams.
• Wamiliarity with legal/police issues relating to collections is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the collections target and control collection flow for the designated area.
• Monitor performance against set parameters and conduct weekly reviews with Collection executives.
• Ensure adequate field presence and bucket/segment wise coverage.
• Manage productivity targets for Collection Officers, Agencies and in-house team.
• Oversee training needs and evaluate performance of Collection Executives.
• Support Collection officers in legal/Police issues and collection activities.
• Ensure documented feedback and compliance across the team.

About the team:

Liaison between the creditors and consumers. They are in charge of observing accounts to identify overdue payments, report collection activity, address client queries, and develop repayment plans.

About the role:

Lead the collections target and control collection flow for specified area.

Expectations/ Requirements:

• 1. To Achieve Collection targets of the area assigned, control flow cases and focus on non starters.
• 2. Ensured documented feedback.
• 3. Ensure Adequate feet on Street availability/bucket wise /segment wise.
• 4. Manage productivity for fixing productivity parameters for Collection Officers Agencies/In-house team.
• 5. Monitoring performance against set parameters and weekly review with Collection executives.
• 6. Ensuring background check of all collection agencies hired/Identify and manage training needs of the Collection Executives/ Evaluation of performance of all CE.
• 7. Support Collection officers in legal /Police issues/Collection Activities.
