Job summary

SkillLabs in India is seeking a collections professional to manage the assigned area, achieve targets, and reduce NPAs. The role involves recovering dues, controlling credit cost, and processing vendor payouts where applicable.

You will monitor delinquencies by bucket, ensure timely asset verifications under SARFESI, and deliver quick customer issue resolution within defined TAT.

Qualifications

• Experience in debt collection and recovery processes.
• Knowledge of SARFESI / Section 9 procedures.
• Ability to track NPAs and delinquencies across buckets.

Responsibilities

• Handle collections for the assigned area and achieve targets.
• Minimize NPAs and control budgets for collections actions.
• Work to increase fee income/revenue and reduce vendor payouts where applicable.
• Conduct asset verifications and possess per legal processes.
• Track delinquency by bucket and focus on nonstarters.
• Resolve customer issues quickly within set TAT.

Job description

• Handle collections for the assigned area and achieve collection targets on various parameters like resolution, flows, credit cost and roll rates (depending on the bucket)
• Ensure that the NPAs are kept within assigned budget and active efforts are made to minimize it.
• Increase the fee income / revenue and develop initiatives to control and reduce the amount of vendor payouts
• Conduct asset verifications and possession as per SARFESI / Section 9 process through court receivers.
• Track & control the delinquency of the area (Bucket & DPD wise) and focus on nonstarters
• Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring quick resolution of customer issues within specified TAT
