SkillLabs in Raichur, India seeks an experienced collection specialist to oversee vendor portfolios, coordinate with agencies, and drive timely resolutions. You will manage case reviews with FOS/TL, ensure 60-day agency billing closures, and enforce repo controls while maintaining high data integrity.

The role demands strong data management skills and a proven ability to perform independently. You will liaise with legal and enforcement bodies when needed and ensure CRM and field-level processes

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2-3 years of collection experience in automotive products (LMV, TW, 3W, LCV, MCV, HCV).
• Experience in managing collection agencies.
• Excellent data management skills.
• Individual performer.

Aufgaben

• Allocation of portfolio to vendor based on past performance and FOS availability, creating adequate manpower capacity for the portfolio.
• Review cases with FOS / TL and assign work based on the disposition code.
• Coordinate with agency resources and plan calls for better resolution, providing appropriate support to the agency on difficult cases.
• Receipt book & Repo kits allocation and auditing periodically.
• Agency billing closure within 60 days of the work completed month.
• Ensuring prior approvals in repo cases & helping the agency manage repo related issues.
• Handling collection/repo related customer service issues/escalations.
• Coordinate with legal team for initiating legal actions against chronic defaulters and dealing with enforcement agencies in cases filed against the organisation by customers/third parties.
• BKT resolution with agency and FO levels; track & review.
• Flow rates to next BKT to be restricted on the location you are handling.
• Remove non-performing FOs and recruit/train fresh team as required.
• CRM queries closed as per the TAT assigned.
• RCU audit queries reverted before TAT and implemented at field level.
• Receipt book discrepancies discussed with agency to prevent recurrence.
• HHT 100% utilization and reports submitted to ACM / RCM regularly.
• HHT not working to IT for support.

Candidate Profile Required

• Minimum 2-3 Years of collection experience in any automotive products like LMV,TW,3W,LCV,MCV,HCV
