Job summary

SkillLabs in Ludhiana, Punjab invites an experienced Collection Manager to oversee vehicle finance recoveries. You will manage every stage of delinquency, coordinate field visits, and drive recoveries with cross-functional teams.

The role requires proven exposure to vehicle finance or NBFC collections, strong communication, and a practical approach to NPA resolutions. This is a full-time on-site opportunity in India.

Qualifications

• Experience in Vehicle Finance / Banking / NBFC collections.
• Good communication and recovery handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle collections and recovery of Vehicle Finance portfolio.
• Follow up for overdue EMI payments and reduce delinquency.
• Manage field visits and customer coordination for collections.
• Handle NPA/recovery cases and maintain collection reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams for case resolution.
