Job summary

Airtel Hyderabad is seeking a Collections Manager to oversee customer collections, ensure timely invoicing, and coordinate with finance teams.

The role requires strong Excel skills, experience in collections, and an ability to conduct account visits across Hyderabad, including weekends at month-end.

Responsibilities

• Manage collection of customers.
• Regular reconciliation with account SPOC.
• Submit invoices timely and follow up on payments.
• Monthly/quarterly visits to accounts across Hyderabad.
• Post as per customers' advice and ensure compliance.
• Engage with business, finance and BRC team for resolution.
• Work weekends during month ends as needed.
