Arto Precast is seeking a Collections Executive to manage payment recovery and field visits to client sites in Bangalore.

The role requires strong English communication, 2+ years in collections, and a two-wheeler. Office-based with travel to client locations, Mon-Sat, 10 AM to 7 PM.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of interactions with business clients (calls, emails, meetings).
• Manage payment recovery through communication with corporate clients; negotiate and take legal action if necessary.
• Conduct field collections by visiting clients' offices to collect overdue payments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client payment queries.
