Job summary

Mahindra Finance is seeking a Recovery Executive in India to lead field investigations and coordinate EMI collections from cash-based and delinquent customers. You will plan daily travel routes, implement collection strategies, and maintain cordial relationships with customers, banks and dealers.

The role requires graduate-level education and strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. You will report to the Team Leader - Collections and work with colleagues to maximize

Responsibilities

• Field investigation of the cases forwarded by business executive and filling up of PEF.
• Making collection efficiency plan.
• Planning of daily travel schedule.
• Collection of EMI from the customers Overdues as well as Current month Due.
• Collection of AFC/SFC due from customers.
• Ensuring maximum collection through cheques or branch collections.
• Timely submission of collected cash in the office.
• Taking customer appointments on customer commitments for collection.
• Collection of pending post disbursement documents from customers.
• Ensure maintenance of cordial relationships between all subordinates, peers, superiors, banks, dealers, dealer salesmen and customers.
• Developing personal loan & refinance business through existing customers.
