Xcellence-IT is seeking a data-driven Cold Email Marketing Specialist to lead outbound email operations for the US market. The role requires strong execution and strategy skills, with knowledge of deliverability best practices, list hygiene, automation workflows, and conversion-focused messaging. You will manage the complete cold email lifecycle—from infrastructure setup and campaign execution to reporting and lead hand-off.

• Build, launch, and optimize high-volume cold email campaigns using Instantly.ai and Mautic (or similar tools).
• Source, clean, and manage B2B contact lists to ensure accurate targeting and low bounce rates.
• Maintain domain and sender reputation by setting up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records and handle email warm-up processes.
• Test subject lines, content, and CTAs to improve open and reply rates.
• Categorize and prioritize leads, manage opt-outs, and prepare weekly performance reports.

Professional Profile:

Looking for a candidate with proven experience in cold email marketing and hands-on experience with Instantly.ai and Mautic. The candidate should be analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of managing large B2B databases.
