Rotex in Vadodara, Gujarat, is seeking a Coil Shop Supervisor to lead daily coil shop operations, align production with planning targets, and ensure smooth process execution.

You will drive NPD trials, monitor quality, manage BOM/inventory, and coordinate with purchasing, maintenance and stores to ensure timely dispatches and optimal OEE.

Qualifications

• Experience in coil shop operations and production environment.
• Hands-on involvement in NPD trials and validating coil developments.
• Ability to train and guide operators for consistent processes.
• Monitoring daily production and quality performance against targets.
• Conducting rejection analysis and driving corrective actions.
• Maintaining BOM and raw material inventories.
• Coordinating timely coil dispatches and spare coil availability.
• Strong cross-functional coordination with purchase, maintenance, QA, SQI, and stores.
• Ensuring manpower planning as per production needs.
• OEE tracking and machine performance data management.
