Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced backup specialist to manage Cohesity-based backup and restore operations on our enterprise systems. You will design robust backup and recovery strategies, monitor performance, and ensure data integrity and security.

The role requires hands-on Cohesity expertise, awareness of other backup solutions, and the ability to resolve incidents with advanced troubleshooting and prompt action.

Qualifications

• Around 5 years experience in managing backup solutions.
• Hands-on Cohesity experience configuring, managing, restoring and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of other backup solutions is preferable.
• Design and implement backup and recovery strategies.
• Monitor performance and optimize storage; address issues promptly.

• Around 5 years Experience in managing Backup and Restore with Cohesity Backup Solution
• Expertise in Cohesity: Strong hands-on experience in configuring, managing, restoring, and troubleshooting Cohesity backup solutions with knowledge of any other Backup solution is preferable
• Backup & Recovery Management: Responsible for designing and implementing backup and recovery strategies, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor backup infrastructure performance, optimize storage capacity, and address system issues in a timely manner.
• Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide advanced technical support, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting for backup and recovery-related incidents.
