Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services invites applications for a Storage & Backup Administrator with hands-on experience in enterprise storage, backup, SAN, cloud, and replication technologies. You will manage storage environments and ensure high availability.

The role involves working with EMC, NetApp, Hitachi storage, SAN fabrics, software defined storage, public cloud storage, and backups across platforms. Linux/Unix experience and virtualization knowledge are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer Enterprise Storage & Backup Platforms
• Manage EMC, NetApp, and Hitachi storage environments
• Configure and support Brocade/Cisco MDS SAN Fabric
• Work on Software Defined & Distributed Storage solutions
• Manage Public Cloud storage services
• Troubleshoot complex storage and backup performance issues
• Work with virtualization and cloud computing environments
• Manage backup solutions including Commvault, NetBackup, Avamar, and Data Domain
• Execute backup and replication migrations across platforms
• Support Kubernetes (K8s), CSI integrations, and Multi-Cloud Backup solutions
• Work with Linux/Unix environments
