Work Model: 24×7 Rotational Shifts (including weekend on‑call)

Role Description

The engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing backup and recovery solutions using Cohesity platforms. Daily tasks include configuring and maintaining backup infrastructure, monitoring backup operations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring data availability and recovery. Additionally, the engineer will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure robust and efficient backup strategies are in place.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Cohesity backup and restore operations, including implementation, configuration, upgrades, and ongoing administration.
• Handle complex backup, recovery, and enterprise data management tasks across diverse environments.
• Diagnose and resolve advanced Cohesity issues, ensuring minimal downtime and high data protection reliability.
• Experience in integrating Cohesity with enterprise systems and cloud platforms is a strong advantage.
• Provide continuous operational support, expert consultation, and timely escalation handling during critical incidents.
