Job summary

Persistent, a leading AI-led digital engineering partner, seeks a senior leader to drive the Security Center of Excellence and Tools & Technology charter for Sec Engg, Prod Engg, Prod Dev, IAM. You will own strategy, build and lead teams, and deliver outcomes across the security tower.

You will mentor high-performing engineering teams, define offerings, engage with senior stakeholders, and propel innovation, automation, and delivery excellence. This role is based in Pune with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Above 15 years of experience in sec engg, prod engg, prod dev, IAM.
• Deep expertise across Sec Engg, Prod Engg, Prod Dev, IAM.
• Proven leadership of security teams, practices, or Centers of Excellence.
• Strong strategy, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.
• Experience building capabilities, offerings, and accelerators.
• Industry certifications (CISSP, CISM, or domain-specific) preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

About Position

We are looking for a senior leader to drive our Security Center of Excellence and Tools & Technology (T&T) charter for Sec Engg, Prod Engg, Prod Dev, IAM. You will own strategy, build and lead teams, and deliver outcomes across this security tower.
