Job summary

Persistent Systems in Pune is seeking a senior Tools & Technology (T&T) specialist to design, deploy, and operate security capabilities within our Security Center of Excellence. The role focuses on VA, PT, Red Teaming, BAS, and RBVM, delivering secure architectures and reference implementations.

You will evaluate, onboard, and integrate security products, support delivery teams with deep technical expertise, and document runbooks and best practices.

Qualifications

• Between 12 to 15 years of experience in VA, PT, Red Teaming, BAS, RBVM.
• Strong hands-on expertise across VA, PT, Red Teaming, BAS, RBVM.
• Experience designing and operating security tools and technologies in this domain.
• Good understanding of security architecture and integration patterns.
• Experience with cloud, automation, and modern security platforms.
• Relevant industry/product certifications preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
