Job summary

Persistent is seeking a senior leader to drive the GenAI for Security and Security of GenAI Center of Excellence. Based in Pune, you will own the strategy, build and lead security teams, and deliver outcomes across this security tower.

You will engage with senior stakeholders and clients on security strategy, drive innovation and automation, and ensure delivery quality and operational excellence. 12–15 years of GenAI security experience are expected.

• 12–15 years of experience in GenAI for security or related area.

About Position

We are looking for a senior leader to drive our Security Center of Excellence and Tools & Technology (T&T) charter for GenAI for Security and Security of GenAI. You will owner strategy, build and lead teams, and deliver outcomes across this security tower.

Expertise You’ll Bring

• Between 12 to 15 years of experience in genai for security and security of genai.
• Deep expertise across GenAI for Security and Security of GenAI.
• Proven leadership of security teams, practices, or Centers of Excellence.
• Strong strategy, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.
• Experience building capabilities, offerings, and accelerators.
• Industry certifications (CISSP, CISM, or domain-specific) preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
