Persistent in Pune seeks an experienced COE Lead - vCISO, IT Risk & compliance assessments, TPRM to lead strategy and delivery. You will build and mentor security engineering teams and drive service offerings while engaging executives on security outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 12–15 years in vCISO/IT risk, strong leadership, client-facing skills, and certifications such as CISSP or CISM. Flexible hybrid/work options may apply.
