Persistent is seeking a COE Lead for vCISO, IT Risk & compliance assessments, and TPRM in Pune. You will own strategy, build and lead security engineering teams, and deliver outcomes across this security tower.

The role requires 12–15 years of vciso and IT risk experience with strong leadership and client-facing skills. You will define offerings, drive innovation, and ensure delivery quality for global clients.

About Position

We are looking for a senior leader to drive our Security Center of Excellence and Tools & Technology (T&T) charter for vCISO, IT Risk & compliance assessments, TPRM. You will own strategy, build and lead teams, and deliver outcomes across this security tower.

What You’ll Do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery for the vCISO, IT Risk & compliance assessments, TPRM tower.
• Build, lead, and mentor high-performing security engineering/consulting teams.
• Define service offerings, capabilities, accelerators, and best practices.
• Engage senior stakeholders and clients on security strategy and outcomes.
• Drive innovation, automation, and continuous capability uplift.
• Govern delivery quality, metrics, and operational excellence.

Expertise You’ll Bring

• Between 12 to 15 years of experience in vciso, it risk & compliance assessments, tprm.
• Deep expertise across vCISO, IT Risk & compliance assessments, TPRM.
• Proven leadership of security teams, practices, or Centers of Excellence.
• Strong strategy, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.
• Experience building capabilities, offerings, and accelerators
• Industry certifications (CISSP, CISM, or domain-specific) preferred
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
