Role Overview

As a CodeBeamer Support Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and customizing our requirements management tool (CodeBeamer), supporting teams in line with ASPICE and V-Model processes. You'll play a key role in enabling effective project execution by managing templates, user access, environments, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain CodeBeamer templates for requirement management, aligned with Automotive SPICE and V-Model processes
• Set up and structure customer-specific CodeBeamer projects
• Maintain and adapt CodeBeamer configurations for all departments
• Deploy new versions and manage test environments
• Handle full lifecycle of requirements documentation in CodeBeamer
• Create and manage user accounts, access rights, and onboarding support
• Maintain internal documentation and update wiki pages as processes evolve

What We’re Looking For

• A completed technical degree or equivalent technical diploma
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar support or configuration role
• Knowledge of databases and Microsoft Office / Microsoft tools
• Familiarity with automotive development processes (ASPICE is a plus)
• Strong communication skills in English (German language is a plus)
• Analytical mindset, self-organized, and process-oriented
