Job summary

ITC Infotech is seeking a Codebeamer Developer with Support experience to design, customize, integrate, and support ALM solutions using the PTC Codebeamer platform. The ideal candidate will handle workflow configuration, integration tasks, and end-user support in product engineering environments.

The role involves configuring projects, trackers, permissions, and dashboards, plus developing scripts and integrations with enterprise applications.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in customization and workflow configuration of ALM solutions.
• Experience in integrations, troubleshooting, and user support in regulated/product engineering environments.
• Familiarity with Codebeamer or similar ALM platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Codebeamer solutions.
• Configure projects, trackers, workflows, permissions, and user roles.
• Customize forms, templates, reports, and dashboards.
• Develop scripts and integrations with enterprise applications.
• Support requirement, test, risk, and change management processes.
• Investigate and resolve production issues raised by end users.
• Monitor application performance and perform health checks.
• Handle incidents, problems, and service requests within SLAs.
• Support Codebeamer upgrades, migrations, and patch deployments.
• Create user documentation and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, QA teams, and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in customization, workflow configuration, integrations, user support, troubleshooting, and requirement management within regulated or product engineering environments.
