Job Title: Co-Founder & Head of Fundraising

Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced partner to join us as a co-founder and lead our fundraising efforts in debt (preferably) /equity for our real estate venture. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our fundraising strategy and building relationships with investors, lenders, and strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a clear and compelling fundraising plan through both equity/debt.
• Leverage your network to connect with angel investors, venture funds, and alternative lenders.
• Work closely with the founding team to prepare pitch materials, financial models, and investor presentations.
• Represent our company at investor meetings, pitches, and networking events.
• Negotiate deal terms and structure financing that aligns with our long-term goals.
• Manage investor relations post-funding and provide regular updates.

What We’re Building:

We’re a prop-tech startup focused on making premium real estate investment accessible and affordable by reducing costs by 30%. We develop luxury Airbnb-style villas with assured rental income, backed by a unique land allocation model. All funds will be used for real estate development, with over 90% going directly into asset building.
