Job summary

Rempact in Gurugram seeks a Fundraising & Investor Relations Manager to drive debt and equity fundraising, building investor connections and guiding leadership through the VC/PE ecosystem.

You will educate promoters on structures, prepare pitch decks and data rooms, and align funding strategy with founders to scale a profitable trading-led business into a pan-India, VC-ready model.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of fundraising/investment banking/VC/PE/startup finance experience.
• Strong understanding of debt and equity fundraising mechanisms.
• Exposure to VC/PE ecosystem and investor pitching, deal structuring, closures.
